Regarding the QEG plans distributed by the ‘Fix The World’ group, there are some serious issues that everyone needs to be aware of.
Sir Timothy has given me permission to assist him in passing on the main points to as wide an audience as possible, because of the significant risks that now will potentially affect and injure millions of people.
I am a good friend of the lawful custodian of this technology (WITTS Ministries and Sir Timothy Thrapp) and I spoke to him at length last night about the un-authorized distribution of these QEG plans by FTW org. The so-called “Fix The World Organization.”
It would appear that these plans have been stolen and distributed without the permission of The Ministry or Sir Timothy.
This has been done apparently, on the grounds that the ‘Fix the World’ group felt that such technology belongs to the world, that it is improper for Sir Timothy and WITTS to be ‘sitting on it’ and that in light of this viewpoint, their action in distributing the plans without permission is justified.
Apparently in their thinking, it does not matter that they gave their word to only use this device for personal use only. And further gave their word that they would NOT distribute it to anyone, and that if others wanted to learn, they promised they would encourage them to get classes from WITTS Ministries.
Apparently to them, “The end justifies the means,” and stealing and lying and cheating is ok, because they think this is how you “Fix The World”?
The very serious problem is that without proper training, the end will not be free energy, but instead will be many houses burned to the ground, many cars rendered inoperable, and even lives being lost.
All electronics are vulnerable to QE Generators.
The group at FTW apparently do not care about you or your families, as long as they can make a big splash and raise a lot of money for themselves.

Following, is a summary of the central issues arising out of my discussions with him last night.
1. The ‘Fix The World’ group only attended one class with Sir Timothy on the construction of this QEG, before they determined to distribute the plans without permission. (And they got into this class dishonestly, by lying and stealing.)
2. It normally takes more then one class in order for most people to develop a working understanding of how the different types of quantum energy fields interact, how to balance them and how to make them stable and safe.
3. The reason that WITTS has widely distributed this technology themselves, very carefully, is because it is inherently dangerous in the hands of anyone who is not highly educated and competent in their understanding of QE technology. WITTS has some 200+ years of accumulated experience in this area and has existed for most of that time under conditions of ruthless suppression.
It will take time for you to learn how to balance and stabilize the matrix of QE fields that make this machine do what it does.
4. WITTS scientists and engineers are doing everything they know to do, as long as it is honest and ethical, to raise funds to enable mass production of these devices. They will teach anyone who wants to build one themselves, how to do it safely – but on the proviso that they do not distribute the technology without permission because of the enormous risks involved when expert guidance is not in place.
5. The amount of money that people are now likely to spend on building QEGs that either do not work or are dangerous, would build about 100 factories like the world needs in order to mass produce and distribute safe, affordable, working models!
In addition, The amount in DAMAGES caused by FTW and their dishonest release will be in the billions of dollars worldwide. (That is enough to build 1000 needed factories)

7. Most conscientious builders of this QEG have a chance of getting it going from the plans, but have very little chance of addressing the safety concerns. As it stands, whoever builds one these devices from plans distributed by the ‘Fix The World’ group, is depending on ‘luck’ for their safety and the safety of others in the vicinity. Kind of like playing Russian roulette with a loaded gun.
8. This QEG interacts with quantum energy factors in the local environment and can have effects on people in the immediate vicinity up to about 50m away.
Effects can be catastrophic.
One builder has already suffered massive tissue damage from a high voltage, high current, low frequency, electrical arc that struck without warning from one of the QEGs.
In other cases, fires have erupted spontaneously in other electrical circuits (that are not even connected physically) when it has been in an unbalanced state – the actual tuning and balancing of which can take weeks and which the ‘Fix The World’ group does not appear to appreciate. Other effects are less catastrophic, but still concerning. For example, anything containing microcircuits in the immediate vicinity, can be rendered inoperative. Permanently.
It is also possible for people who are exposed to unbalanced QE fields, to become contaminated to the point that wherever they go, they will cause failures in electrical devices in their immediate vicinity – including the computers in cars that they travel in.

9. WITTS Ministries is happy for anyone who wants to build this QEG to do so, but asks that such people consult with WITTS directly, so as to obtain full understanding of what they are doing. Note that the ministry does have a minimum donation amount for classes on QEG construction. They have a large organization to run and a number of orphanages around the world that depend on his group.
They do not intend this to be a barrier to anyone who is genuinely concerned for the planet however, and I would encourage everyone who is genuinely inclined this way, to bite the bullet and at least donate towards an initial consultation so that a relationship might be established. Neither Sir Timothy, nor WITTS can give away more than 100 totally free consultations a week, because the abuse of his time then becomes uncontrollable.
9. Sir Timothy and all the people at WITTS are greatly distressed that millions of people are now potentially at risk from high voltage electricity and uncontrolled QE fields because these QEG plans have been distributed at random to people all over the planet – the overwhelming majority of whom have no proper training or experience that might allow them to build and use this kind of device safely.

So in summery, if half the people who are thinking to build the QEG would instead donate the money to the WITTS factory fund, they would have about 100% chance of obtaining a useful QEG in the near future. And about a zero % chance of burning their house down or frying their car or killing themselves.
This should be a no-brainer.
Responsible vs. Irresponsible handling of information and tools. There are very good reasons you don’t give children power tools, or let a 5 year old drive a car. It’s not because you’re ‘holding back’ from them, but because you’re being responsible to help them learn what is necessary to safely handle the power they are being given.
